Toshiba Mitsubishi-Electric Industrial Systems Corporation (hereinafter, \u201cTMEIC\u201d; President & CEO Masahiko Yamawaki) has acquired the process control system solution business of engineering and consulting company Real Time Consultants (Aust) Pty Ltd (hereinafter, \u201cRTC\u201d; headquarters: Victoria, Australia). Operation of the newly established company, TMEIC Process Technology Application Centre Pty Ltd, commenced June 30, 2017.<\/p>\n
RTC is a leader in technology solutions for industrial applications, including process models for metal rolling mills, PLC and HMI development, as well as training and support to companies worldwide. The two companies have an established working relationship spanning more than 20 years. The new entity will remain locally managed and staffed in Melbourne by the RTC team.<\/p>\n
