TMEIC’s Power Plant Controller is the central intelligence of a Solar Ware® installation, monitoring and managing up to 255 inverters across multiple power channels. Each channel integrates a power optimization inverter and DC box, enabling the controller to maintain site-wide power quality by issuing real-time commands. Designed for high performance, the system offers faster control response, an enhanced user interface, and sortable inverter performance directly within the HMI for efficient diagnostics and optimization.

Advanced Data Historian and Communication Features

Equipped with a 100 GB robust Data Historian, the Power Plant Controller records high-resolution operational data for granular insight and trend analysis. Data is structured in three tiers—weekly (1-second resolution), monthly (30-second resolution), and yearly (10-minute resolution)—capturing everything from inverter power to skid DC current. Additional capabilities include remote MSC control via Modbus or DNP3, and live trending for any transmitted signal, making the controller a vital tool for maintaining performance, reliability, and operational transparency.
